Welcome to the Maplewood Men's Ministry. This is a new ministry in our church but one that we believe is critical in the lives of men as well as our nation.
Churches from Moscow to Melbourne to Minneapolis to Maplewood are ALL asking: Where are the men? Women comprise more than 60% of the adults in the typical worship service. Volunteer ranks are heavily female. It's often impossible to get churchgoing men to do anything other than attend services. No other religion suffers the enormous gender gaps that plague Christianity.
The launch of the new Maplewood Men's ministry hopes to help address some of these and other pertinent "man issues" in the church of the modern era. Meetings will be held monthly with dates and times posted to the church calendar. So check back often for updates.
