"3yrs. - 6th Grade"
AWANA is free and runs during the School year starting this Septs. 8th. Signed parental releases will be required for each child on the first day of AWANA. If possible, please print the REGISTRATION FORM, fill it out and bring it with your child the first day. Note that the registration form document has two forms, one form must be signed for each child (if you will be bringing more than two children, please print the form as many times as needed). If you do not have a printer, come anyway and we will have forms available for you to fill out and sign!
Also, please take a moment to fill out the online pre-registration form below. This form does not replace the registration sheet above, but will allow our staff and volunteers to be best prepared to show all of the kids a great time with materials especially for their ages.
